Water Heaters

Great work! Cregger is a great company to use, and Josh is an excellent technician. Recommend them both!

Leo was very good at what he does, he introduced himself, checked out theral & I would recommend to others for business

David was a pleasure to work with. He’s was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He went out of his way to help me figure out a few items that didn’t relate to the matter he met me on site for. Definitely recommend.

Kody and Matt did professional work, repiping my entire home from meter to every fixture, replacing galvanized with copper. They also installed a hot water heater and a whole house back flushing filter system. All done in just under 2 days. All work done strictly to code but mostly above. Kody gave me the initial quote which gave me several options to choose from. He was always quick to update the quote as I made changes throughout the process. All the work that was to be done was in writing. I would highly recommend Cregger Plumbing to handle any plumbing task small to complex, to do it right the first time.

Patrick was very efficient and communicated well regarding status of our boiler

Desmon is awesome! Very knowable, friendly, and helpful

Timely, informative and customer-focused.

Brian was excellent. Timely, courteous , knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the situation and his Plan. Was able to fix My plumbing problem quickly. Highly recommend

Nico, Peyton and Mike came out and did an amazing job with my install. They were right on time and three worked together seamlessly. I never saw them standing around. They were very courteous and definitely knew their job. They explained things in a way that was easy to understand and asked many times if I had any questions. Both the air unit and furnace look great. They cleaned up after themselves and left nothing behind. Kudos to those three on the amazing job they did. Would definitely recommend them!!

Josh, from Cregger, came to inspect my water heater. He was very professional, gave me different options and gave me an estimate for me to decide what to do next. No pressure and very much confirmed what I was thinking. With my annual service program, there was no charge for the visit

Great work! Also very timely in coordinating with the city for water shut off and then back on. Thank you!!

Tim was courteous, friendly and very informative. He knows his profession.

David did exceptional work cleaning out the sewer pipes. He made multiple passes to ensure all roots were completely removed, and thoroughly checked his work before finishing. Would highly recommend David for any plumbing work! My condolences to him for enduring my father-in-law as a captive audience.

The plumber was able to easily diagnose the problem, was professional and polite. A plumber that you can trust to correctly diagnose and fix the problem.

Chris Goode did an amazing job. He was punctual, worked hard, and was a total pro. I have used Cregger many times for my boiler maintenance, and will continue to do so. Thanks.

Tim was nice to work with, friendly and congenial. He explained the problem, identified the solution, and walked through all the steps along the way. He provided good recommendations for follow on cleanup and prevention. I’m very pleased.

Great, professional and knowledgeable took the time out to explain to me. The codes are not codes in the efficiency value that it will bring my home.

Received a very detailed and comprehensive cost estimate for some work that I am considering.

Josh was super friendly and very professional. Hurt the pocketbook but good service is worth. 100% recommend.

Joe did an amazing job helping me identify a clog in my basement shower and fixed all other issues so quickly. Beyond grateful!
