Extremely satisfied! What started as a very scary situation full of unknowns was expertly addressed in the course of a single day! I live in an old house with cast iron pipes. A crack developed in one of our plumbing stacks, which then started leaking into the basement whenever we used the upstairs bathroom. David came out, assessed the situation, answered all of our questions and provided us with a realistic quote for a plumbing stack replacement. Lucky for us, DJ and Brian were able to come out that same day. They walked us through the process and shared their progress with us as they went. Now the upstairs bathroom is back up and running with no leaks in sight! Truly could not have asked for better service!! Thank you Cregger team!

Very thorough and came out to service issue quickly

2nd time having Cregger come out for a plumbing issue. Both times, professional and quick. They explained the issue and fixed it quick.

I had an amazing experience with Cregger Plumbing. From the moment I called about my water heater, the customer service was excellent. The woman who answered the phone was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I booked an appointment for the following day. Jayden was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. I really appreciated his expertise and willingness to educate me throughout the process. I highly recommend Cregger Plumbing!

Brian came out on a Friday and spent about a half hour inspecting and assessing the plumbing of our condensate drain line. We had an idea in mind and since our house sits on a crawlspace, it had some special considerations. He had a plan to bring the system to code and provide a low-maintenance solution. He came back on the following Tuesday and completed the work in under 2 hours. No surprises turned up and he stayed right at the quoted amount. Personable and professional throughout, we’re very pleased and would highly recommend Brian and Cregger’s for plumbing service!

Called to have my ac unit looked at as the fan wouldn't spin and the unit itself was making a terrible clicking and whining noise. Paul got the problem figured out quickly and got my air conditioner running smoothly again in no time at all.
