I contacted Cregger for a leak in my disposal and sink and they were able to get somebody to take a look at it within less than a day. Everybody from the technician, Tim, to the people I spoke with over the phone were very friendly and professional. Tim was able to identify and fix the issue with my sink and disposal within an hour. Overall, my experience with Cregger was excellent and I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

Jayden did an awesome job. He explained everything and got our water heater replaced quickly and professionally.

This is my second time using Landon for a hydrojetting service, this time was on my own property as I saw him work on another a month or so back and he did such a good job. As a real estate agent I’ve seen many hydro jets done and he does it better. He also answered all of my questions and clients questions with patience, both times. Highly recommend

He was able to walk me through different options and ultimately help decide on the best one for our situation. He also finished the job that same day. I had an urgent plumbing issue with my hot water and Cregger was able to schedule me next day. They even called me when a cancellation occurred and was able to get me in first thing in the morning! Josh was my technician and he was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He restored my hot water, did an excellent job installing the required valves, and educated me on the shut off process.

Technician was great. Worked with me. Overall company not so great. Prices outrageous even for modern day. I can’t imagine (quote) paying $7000.00 for a water back up sump pump. Yes they have to run additional lines but a battery one was quoted at $4000.00.
