Extremely satisfied! What started as a very scary situation full of unknowns was expertly addressed in the course of a single day! I live in an old house with cast iron pipes. A crack developed in one of our plumbing stacks, which then started leaking into the basement whenever we used the upstairs bathroom. David came out, assessed the situation, answered all of our questions and provided us with a realistic quote for a plumbing stack replacement. Lucky for us, DJ and Brian were able to come out that same day. They walked us through the process and shared their progress with us as they went. Brian came out on a Friday and spent about a half hour inspecting and assessing the plumbing of our condensate drain line. We had an idea in mind and since our house sits on a crawlspace, it had some special considerations. He had a plan to bring the system to code and provide a low-maintenance solution. He came back on the following Tuesday and completed the work in under 2 hours. No surprises turned up and he stayed right at the quoted amount. Personable and professional throughout, we’re very pleased and would highly recommend Brian and Cregger’s for plumbing service!

This is the tenant. You did great with the repair. However, you opened the ceiling up with my bike underneath ,not thinking to move it. Glad I went back there and moved my things out of the way. The clean up afterwards was not so great.
