This is an awesome company. My water heater went out and I needed a new one asap!!! And, Cregger definitely delivered. The very next day I had my new one installed by Jaydon Brown. Let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised at his efficiency and skill level. He brought a couple things up to code during the install, and he was done in under two hours! Everyone at Cregger Plumbing is very, very pleasant. Their pricing is fair. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Thanks tons, Cregger!!!

We’ve been very happy with Cregger. Once they came out for an estimate for a potential job installing plumbing upstairs and were very straightforward with what they would and wouldn’t be able to do if we decided to proceed. We also had them come out to help with some shower plumbing. We knew it was old plumbing and they might not be able to do the simple task we hoped it would be without a full redo, we felt that they were being honest about the need and reasons for their work. Ethan was great to work with and super friendly. He was happy to answer our questions and point out what he was doing and any areas of potential concern down the line without being pushy and trying to convince us it had to be handled immediately. We had purchased the shower hardware that he installed and he wasn’t happy with how it looked after the install and made it a point to order a better part that would look nicer and came back another day to install it without additional charge. While they aren’t super cheap, they’ve been able to get to us in a timely manner and have good communication and customer service.

Jayden replaced a hot water tank in a very efficient manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He listens to all my questions and answers them in a very knowledgeable way.

I had a slow drain in my tub, I called Cregger Plumbing because they had great reviews. The going rate was around what most plumbing company charge so I gave them a try. They came out the next business day and offered timeframes that were convenient for my husband and I work schedule. Once the plumber was on the way, a picture was sent of the technician so I knew who to look for and felt more comfortable letting him into my home. Dominick came right in and cleared and snaked the drain. He gave my husband and I tips for next time (which we appreciated being first time homeowners). I would highly recommend asking for Dominick and I would use this service in the future.

Ethan arrived quickly and was transparent with the pricing and outcome possibilities. He was friendly and considerate of the cleanliness of my house by wearing shoe coverings. Ethan even helped me with cleaning up by carrying the heavy bags to the dumpster for me.

Cregger Heating and Cooling have excellent, thorough technicians. My furnace kept turning off and Alex looked for the fiagnostic code indicating air flow issues causing it to overheat . He reviewed the furnace wiring and settings and reconfigured it and monitored air flow so It now accommodates hot air flow to the furnace humidifier and now does not overheat. He came with all the diagnostic tools to check vent and finance metrics and temperatures with software to verify all metrics were good. Best HvAC technician I have ever had by far!!!! I signed up for their serve maintenance program for $199 which gives me 3 free checks over the next year (furnace, air conditioning, and plumbing with water heater drain to remove residues and no service call charges and discounts off any repairs needed. Service repairs.very reasonable. Technician was skilled, professional and thorough to resolve all my problems. I highly recommend you call them for any HVAC needs and gave their contact information to family, friends, and neighbors.
