Jake was great. He was fast, responsive, professional, and respectful. I like that you guys sent a photo of him beforehand, and he came in a well marked van. My hot water heater died early on a Saturday morning. You guys came out for a free consult within 4 hours of my call, and had the job completely done 3 hours after that. Happy to have it replaced so quickly and easily, thanks.

Tim was very likable and did a great job installing the new water heater. He also had to upgrade us to new codes (our old water heater was installed in 2004!). Installation was completed same day as estimate in a very reasonable timeframe.

Tim came out for me and helped. Just needed a drain snake. Professional at his work with the right equipment and knowledge. With the drain camera, he clearly explained to me what was it was showing and future tips on how to avoid more issues.
