I’ve been using Cregger for the last several months on both of my properties for various different plumbing issues and they never disappoint. 2nd time having Cregger come out for a plumbing issue. Both times, professional and quick. They explained the issue and fixed it quick.

Brian came out on a Friday and spent about a half hour inspecting and assessing the plumbing of our condensate drain line. We had an idea in mind and since our house sits on a crawlspace, it had some special considerations. He had a plan to bring the system to code and provide a low-maintenance solution. He came back on the following Tuesday and completed the work in under 2 hours. No surprises turned up and he stayed right at the quoted amount. Personable and professional throughout, we’re very pleased and would highly recommend Brian and Cregger’s for plumbing service!

Called to have my ac unit looked at as the fan wouldn't spin and the unit itself was making a terrible clicking and whining noise. Paul got the problem figured out quickly and got my air conditioner running smoothly again in no time at all. He took the time to show me what the problem was and even gave a detailed explanation of what was going on.

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. The receptionist who answered my call and scheduled everything was very friendly, respectful, and polite, which made the process easy and stress-free. Tim Arnold, the technician who replaced my hot water tank, was also incredibly friendly, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and easy, and honestly made replacing my hot water tank an enjoyable experience. I would absolutely recommend this company to friends and family and look forward to working with them again in the future!

Unfortunately, we canceled the repairs to be done, but the customer service was excellent.
