Jake was great. He was fast, responsive, professional, and respectful. I like that you guys sent a photo of him beforehand, and he came in a well marked van. My hot water heater died early on a Saturday morning. You guys came out for a free consult within 4 hours of my call, and had the job completely done 3 hours after that.
