I signed up for the Cregger maintenance plan earlier this year, and for my pre winter checkup, Desmon came out. He checked to make sure everything was working great and gave me some good info on system functions I didn’t previously understand. I’ve been with Cregger for three years as they replaced my furnace when the last one died in winter, and they’ve been great for me since.

My only dispute is that I can’t give this company more than 5 stars. Jayden Brown was my technician and it was his expert knowledge and customer service that solidified my future business with this company. I got a hot water tank installed but I’m going to get other household repairs through this company, furnace, central air, drain work etc. EXPERT CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAIR PRICING, what more could I ask for. I definitely recommend this company.
