Scott came out to fix our air conditioning after it went out. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and retrieve the necessary parts to fix it. Despite dealing with an older unit and the issues that come with that, Scott was thorough and patient and was able to fix our problem. UPDATE: About an hour after Cregger fixed my AC, I had the feeling it wasn't cooling normally. I gave them a call and Scott was back within 20 minutes and solved the problem right there, no extra charge or hassle. These guys are A+++
My 27 year old AC unit stopped working suddenly last night, and I was ready to empty my bank accounts to have it fixed. I'm flat broke, but I work from home, and sweating my way through the summer was not an option. I called Cregger Plumbing at 11:50 AM, and they had a tech at my house at 12:15 PM. It's now 3:19 PM, and my AC with newly replaced parts is once again humming along and cooling down my sweltering house. As an added bonus, the bill didn't break the bank and was more than fair considering the level of service.
Special shoutout to Cregger's repairman Scott, who was absolutely the kindest, friendliest, most efficient, and professional service person I've encountered in years. (He's also nosy/naughty-dog approved since one of my pups snuck past me out into the yard, and he gave her some much-appreciated head scratches while he diagnosed the problem.)
